About the Event

Conflict is a normal part of living and working in community — but it can be hard to know what support is available when tensions arise. In this introductory session, mediator Kate Fleming will provide an overview of mediation and Mediate BC's conflict resolution services, including when mediation may be helpful in co-op and shared living settings. Participants will learn about Mediate BC's offerings, what mediation is (and isn't), and how these services can support clearer communication, stronger boundaries, and more constructive next steps when conflict arises.
