Alemu Nenko is a policy and research analyst specializing in housing, homelessness, and community-based social policy. With strong experience in affordable and cooperative housing, he supports co-ops in strengthening member engagement, governance, and long-term resilience. He is interested in collaborative problem-solving to help co-op communities plan effectively, participate meaningfully, and build sustainable, inclusive housing environments.
