Join us at our annual education day for members living in Vancouver Island co-ops. Every March, we offer an education day packed with engaging workshops, a delicious lunch and opportunities to network with other members and co-op staff. The conference takes place at the Delta Ocean Pointe in Victoria.

B.C.’s Human Rights Code helps make sure everyone can participate equally in daily life in British Columbia.
Through this workshop, learn about human rights, what the co‑op can do to avoid discriminating and how how human rights disputes are addressed. Using case scenarios, we will explore how the different parts of managing a housing co‑op is affected by the Human Rights Code.
In our Victoria Ready workshops, you will learn how to prepare for emergencies, make a plan, get your kit together, and connect with your neighbours and colleagues. Depending on the type of emergency, you and your family should be able to cope a minimum of seven days without outside assistance.
